I was 29 the first year I was in a real relationship on Valentine’s Day (I cooked a pop up dinner for 47 guests and my then boyfriend got drunk and threw tiny potatoes at everyone) so I’m more used to spending it alone or with friends than doing something romantic. My husband and I have had some clangers (I vaguely remember neon blue cocktails one year) so usually stay home and this year I’ve organised a surprise Cajun crab boil where he’ll spend the first half an hour trying to figure out how to approach it with a knife and fork, which will make my night.

Cinema Chain UGC is screening a mix of 10 French and English romantic films with tickets at €8.50 from 7-15th February. Multiple locations across Paris.
Puppy yoga. Need I say more?
