Paris was glowing this week with almost balmy temperatures and a low sun casting crisp, long shadows for most of the day. Seeing the frenzy of fall based activities in other countries via social media I realised we don’t have a lot of autumn traditions here, which I appreciate as a parent with an endless to do list already. With no apple picking or pumpkin patch to feel guilty about not visiting, nor checklists of films and projects to “make the most of it” to wade through I’m just focusing on getting cozy at home and enjoying the seasonal produce at the market as the weather slowly changes.
