Monday was a public holiday so I took the kids to the Panthéon to pass some time and they were surprisingly taken with Foucalt’s pendulum, it’s slow swinging back and forth grabbing their attention for a few minutes. You can currently opt to climb the 203 steps to access the colonnade and take in an incredible view over Paris (for an extra €3.50, open for limited hours until 31 October, closed in inclement weather) but I know my limits and voluntarily carrying 30 kilograms for 45 minutes isn’t one of them so I promised myself I’ll go back again by myself soon.
