Place de la Sorbonne is the ideal place to pause at any time of day, from the dappled sunlight of early morning to the twinkling of fairy lights at dusk. I’ve taken to walking through this charming little square with my first coffee of the day, making the time to appreciate Paris while the streets are empty and cool.
