After 5 weeks in Australia we’re packing the suitcases, saying our goodbyes and getting ready to return to Paris. I’ll do a full round-up of our trip in a separate post (there’s so much I don’t really know where to start) but for now I’ve answered a selection of questions I received via Instagram and email this week.
In case you’re wondering why I’m spending such a long holiday in Australia, or if you’re new here (hi👋) here’s a short recap. I’m originally from Brisbane and moved to London straight after university where I entered the fashion industry at age 20. At 30 I enrolled at Leith’s School of Food and Wine, and graduated in 2015. I then worked as a private chef and was making plans to move to Sydney when I met my husband and diverted to Paris. We live in the 6th arrondissement with our 3 children and sausage dog and this is my first trip ‘home’ in 3 years (ideally we would visit once every 12-18 months).
