Welcome to Spring in Paris, where leaving the house without a coat is still a novelty. Terraces are full as people clamber to sit outside and soak in the first warm days of the year, everyone looking like a star in their own movie with their sunglasses on. The city is in bloom and influencers politely line up across town to get the best shots of magnolias and cherry blossoms, elaborate outfits and props expertly arranged into the perfect composition, oblivious to the huffs and puffs of everyone else who wants to take a photo.
I’m lucky enough to have some of the best cherry blossoms within short walking distance and pass by as many times as possible until the very last petal has fallen. You can stumble across bright bursts of pink all over Paris but if you happen to be visiting over the next few weeks here are my favourite places to admire them.
